Information you give us directly. Your name and email address when you join a waitlist, subscribe to our newsletter, book a session, or contact us. Where a form includes optional questions, whatever you choose to share in them. If you purchase a program, billing information processed by our payment provider.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our platform may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring source. This is used to understand how the site is used.
Cookies. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it:
• Go High Level — our website, forms, email, and scheduling platform
• Substack — our newsletter platform, if you subscribe there
• Our payment processor — for purchases
These providers may store data outside Québec, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your information appropriately.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as you remain subscribed or engaged with us, and afterward only as long as needed for legal, accounting, or record-keeping purposes. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except where we're legally required to retain it.

We use platforms with industry-standard security measures, limit access to your information, and review our practices. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
